Any information on returning it and or contacting customer support was sadly lacking, very poor. I still can't find any reliable info on how to process a return or exchange

Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Do not waste your money and time shopping here, they have a $10 restocking fee per item and you have to pay your own return label. I was trying to get an extra size on the clothes I purchase for my dog which by the way I so thin you can see through it. Worst experience ever!
