New customer. Haven't received valid download. I am a new customer and I made my first purchase two days ago. I created my account online and I could see my order. My credit card was charged but it states on my profile it's processing, when I know the charge was paid. I am unable to download the Ebook I ordered for my students. No one has communicated with me when I sent emails inquiring about my purchase as the download states the file does not exist. My order number is: 100035088. I really would like an update as this is my first time using the site and I'm hoping it's not a scam at this point.

Love. Love. Love. The lapbooks from Hands of a Child are incredible. They are prominent in our homeschool curriculum, second to the Bible. Some lapbooks are short and others more thorough. We have used several, and I also have learned from them. I purchased the notebook packs, and I am excited to begin using them. These lapbooks and notebooks will be a part of our homeschool for a long time.

My purchase to supplement other curriculum I purchased my packets for my child's homeschool curriculum to supplement something that is easier for her to understand vs. what I bought from a different company. Love these lap books! Love these lap books! I have multiple children that do the same book during the lesson so I found the pdf version my helpful. That way I can reprint copies of one makes a mistake or make the colors different for each stupid. So far my boys love these. It has made our lessons fun.

We always enjoy your products We always enjoy your products. The information is accurate (although sometimes requires a little updating) and the crafting nature of the lapbooks really suits my creative children. They remember so well when they can be creative while learning.
