I just found that I am being billed monthly for a subscription. I just found that I have been being billed for a subscription since April 2023. This is December 2023. I called to ask what this was about; they could not answer what purchase was made because they did not know. When I asked to cancel they stated that they can only refund the past three months. A BIG scam because it is another aggressive marketing scheme to get paid for nothing. Their billing information on my bank statement says Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream Pub. Apparently when I saw the charge in the past, I ignored it because we do go out for ice cream and often the business's billing on our statement show a different name that is not on the business that we patronized. Tricky way to make a profit.

Great variety of life stories I noticed they have many varieties of topics about life stories and good for educating others not just for children but adults people can also learn from those books. Some of the many things they teach that really catch my attention is they teach Godly qualities those are very important to me to teach to children because living in this world as you already know is far from perfection how life was like in the beginning of how God created humans. The first human couple was created perfect back then. Anyway, I also like that they have science books too, great for educating children how to explore things out in nature. I appreciate what they do to help educate children.

High quality in matters that matter Quality both in paper grade and message. Relationships are all important in life and need to be taught in a way that penetrates our youth. I can find books on topics that are helpful but PD&IC draws in the child to the story with interesting-to-children objects like penquins, animals, etc. panda bears. Oh no wonder you're called Puppy dogs and ice cream ...kid friendly.

I ordered several books for my children… I ordered several books for my children which were reasonably priced and delivered timely. We have loved them! I had a small mishap which was an oversight on my behalf but Puppy Dogs worked with me in a timely manner and helped remedy my mistake. Their customer service is as wonderful as their book selection. Highly recommend!

Billed *AGAIN* for canceled subscription I was just billed $97.00 for a "trial" subscription that I canceled a year ago. I never knowingly authorized any ongoing subscription with this company in the first place and canceled it after being billed $97 in September 2022. I have accessed no content from this company in the past year. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay for something I didn't order and haven't used.
