GBI just found that I am being billed monthly for a subscription. I just found that I have been being billed for a subscription since April 2023. This is December 2023. I called to ask what this was about; they could not answer what purchase was made because they did not know. When I asked to cancel they stated that they can only refund the past three months. A BIG scam because it is another aggressive marketing scheme to get paid for nothing. Their billing information on my bank statement says Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream Pub. Apparently when I saw the charge in the past, I ignored it because we do go out for ice cream and often the business's billing on our statement show a different name that is not on the business that we patronized. Tricky way to make a profit.

GBBy buying 2 little books for a friend By buying 2 little books for a friend, unbeknownst to me I “automatically” signed up for audiobooks to the tune of $104.73 a year!!!!! I considered their emails to be no more than advertising, and I didn’t want any more books. If you are taking someone’s money, you should make sure they know it and for what, Otherwise ITS A SCAM!!!

GBBuyer Beware!!! Buyer Beware!!!! I ordered a set of books, received 2 sets (supposedly I clicked yes to add another to the order, which I did not) and was charged almost double. Then I was autoenrolled in a yearly subscription for $97 + tax. So very frustrating. This is obviously a fraudulent company that is preying on parents that want to help their children with emotional distress and this company just wants to take your money by using covert tactics. Do NOT buy from them! The BBB needs to investigate this company and shut them down!

GB12/7/2023 charged without authorization 12/7/2023. When Paypal notified me last night that I had been charged $103.79 I panicked as I had not made a purchase and didn't even recognize the company name. I discovered that in Oct 2022 I made a $38 purchase from the company. In November 2022 I was charged $103.79 for a subscription service I did not authorize. I failed to notice the charge in 2022. The charge on 12/7/2023 was a renewal of a charge I did not authorize. I hope the company will refund both of the $103.79 charges.
