Literally, it's a short film that lures one's imagination and realistically engages it with the novel's story. The video showed me how readers might respond to the story and how my characters, inspired by real life, might come to life in my readers' own imaginations. This professionally crafted, simple video was very well produced. The cinematography captured the throughline of my story in an engaging way that was fun to watch. I think my readers will enjoy watching it as well and that it will entice them to check out the book for themselves. They will be rewarded!

My Ten Year Experience Rushmore took my ten year experience in writing Madam Vice President (MVP) and made it worthwhile. After publication, all the independent reviewers have given MVP a five star rating. At the beginning, when I tried to reach other publishers or agents to express some interest in MVP, most did not even acknowledge my request and none showed any interest. Then Richard Shaw decided my book was a "winner" and has brought my book to fruition. Besides that, every individual at Rushmore has carried through on what they have promised. I have done my part and so has Rushmore.

Rushmore Press success! Rushmore Press has given me such an exciting experience while publishing my first children’s book. My project manager Beth Oliver has been so helpful and answered all of my questions along the way. She always returned my phone calls and e-mails right away. She was very patient with the many changes I kept submitting until the book was just right. I am very pleased with this publishing company and I can’t wait to start writing a new book and do the process all over again.

They fooled me that they are a real… They fooled me that they are a real publishing company. NO! This is a vanity press: a huge fee and very little true market value. I KNOW I'm still listed as an author, but it's a one-year deal that is far too bloated with promises and very little business value. Avoid at all possibilities!
