GBA "Work-in-Process" rating...Rushmore Press As a "work-in-process" rating...the folks at Rushmore have just (ahead of schedule) upgraded 70 pieces of art covering two children's books and the results (as promised) are better than the original art that was provided. They have also been open to (and completed) adjustments/requests on cover art, fonts, and other design details (I request them, and they make them). Impressive so far - really looking forward to the finished product!

GBRushmore Press success! Rushmore Press has given me such an exciting experience while publishing my first children’s book. My project manager Beth Oliver has been so helpful and answered all of my questions along the way. She always returned my phone calls and e-mails right away. She was very patient with the many changes I kept submitting until the book was just right. I am very pleased with this publishing company and I can’t wait to start writing a new book and do the process all over again.

GBCommunication with Rushmore Press Good day, Is Rushmore Press still in operation? I have not been able to contact Rushmore Press by phone or email. Rushmore Press has not responded to my request for updates on my book sales. Can someone from Rushmore Press contact me concerning book sales as soon as possible? Thank you, Ivory Simien I was able to get in contact with Rushmore Press and was fully satisfied with that connection. Thank you Rushmore Press for your time and consideration.

GBThey fooled me that they are a real… They fooled me that they are a real publishing company. NO! This is a vanity press: a huge fee and very little true market value. I KNOW I'm still listed as an author, but it's a one-year deal that is far too bloated with promises and very little business value. Avoid at all possibilities!

GBSEEING IS BELIEVING Seeing the book video was especially a… Seeing the book video was especially a treat for me. Literally, it's a short film that lures one's imagination and realistically engages it with the novel's story. The video showed me how readers might respond to the story and how my characters, inspired by real life, might come to life in my readers' own imaginations. This professionally crafted, simple video was very well produced. The cinematography captured the throughline of my story in an engaging way that was fun to watch. I think my readers will enjoy watching it as well and that it will entice them to check out the book for themselves. They will be rewarded!
