I have hired these writers a few times I have hired these writers a few times for web content and honestly their service is just incredible. They get content done real quickly and are totally unique!

They helped me write 2 of my books and… They helped me write 2 of my books and Jeff was beyond amazing. They number 1 on my list of professionalism and quick service as well.

Excellent Customer Relationship Chris was my agent and working so far with him is great. He truly cares about what you need and he went above and beyond to make sure I was supported every step at a time. He was constantly engaging with me in a professional way as well as being intuitive to know where to be friendly and funny. When I think about excellent customer service first comes; Listening, Finding alternatives, follow up, focus ...... Chris hit all these marks and beyond. He comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have him as their agent. It is not much about the company as much about people who work for that company.

just found out that the people I was… just found out that the people I was working with have all quit and know I have to work with all new people who don't know what is going on

a smart woman to partner with I had a problem with this company and posted a review of complaint. Maria, from ONBW.com, called me promptly and has been most helpful in each area where I had problems. She has been right on the mark about what she needed to deal with. In particular, she has become familiar with my website, my work, my contract with another company and my personality. She understands intricacies. Thank you, Maria. Trust has been restored.
