Notice on their website they mention you can have a refund at any time if you’re not satisfied with the service, however, just like other people have mentioned, they do not give the refund once requested. If you find yourself in this situation and the company refuses to provide the service you ask or refund your money I strongly suggest you call your bank and order a charge back as most banks will reverse the payment within 90 days.
