Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs. Trust pilot continuously removes the HONEST negative reviews for these scam artists. I have had nothing but an awful experience with this company. Notice on their website they mention you can have a refund at any time if you’re not satisfied with the service, however, just like other people have mentioned, they do not give the refund once requested. If you find yourself in this situation and the company refuses to provide the service you ask or refund your money I strongly suggest you call your bank and order a charge back as most banks will reverse the payment within 90 days. Thanks for nothing online book writers :) you thought you scammed me but I was one step ahead and took my money back. Never try to fool a fool.

Excellent Customer Relationship Chris was my agent and working so far with him is great. He truly cares about what you need and he went above and beyond to make sure I was supported every step at a time. He was constantly engaging with me in a professional way as well as being intuitive to know where to be friendly and funny. When I think about excellent customer service first comes; Listening, Finding alternatives, follow up, focus ...... Chris hit all these marks and beyond. He comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have him as their agent. It is not much about the company as much about people who work for that company.

Failed to refund as promised. I contracted with Online Book Writers to help market my newly released book. The copy they wrote was not up to my standards and they did claim to rewrite with "better" writers. Fail! The copy read like written by writers for whom English is a second language or sixth graders. After several failed attempts, they agreed to refund my $2,999 initial payment. I have had several conversations with them and they said they would have their financial people handle the refund. I have not received the money. I won't call them a scam yet but if I don't get the refund, this will change. Peter Nesbitt
