We recently had an extremely bad… We recently had an extremely bad experience with one of the home boarders listed in the snouters website. We booked snouters home boarding service 2 weeks prior to our travel date. The booking, payment and confirmation was hassle free and our POC was very prompt in helping us with the requirement. The host - Nethra (resides in harlur- bangalore) who accepted our request to board our dog, claimed to be a professional pet sitter. We reached her apartment on the day of the drop and tried calling her several times only for her to pick up half an hour later to tell us she can't board him. She showed absolutely no remorse and not one apology from her side. We only had 2-3 hours to grind a place for my boy before we left for the airport. The snouters team was also not aware of this since she hadn't Informed them either. My POC snouters was really empathic and was quick to give me an alternative option of another home boarder. But given the situation I couldn't trust my boy with another person. They told me she was immediately removed and blacklisted from their website and gave and a full refund. While services like this is a blessing for pet parents it can also be a nightmare. The amount of stress we went through at that time is unexplained. To all the pet parents out there, please double check on the hosts that you book. Try going to their place few days prior to the boarding date to check for the surroundings. Explain/ write down all your pets needs so that his routine is not messed up.

Full service Took a full service which includes anti- tick and body massage as well. The groomer did not know what that it. Really disappointing. Never again I am using their grooming services.

I paid 1999 for full grooming service… I paid 1999 for full grooming service for my dog. They did none at good, hair cutting was pathetic, ear cleaning was super bad. Only thing he did OK was bathing. Not recommended
