INThese guys use a hotel booking… These guys use a hotel booking mechanism concept with check in checkout time. Also their team members have no idea what to talk. Apparently night boarding is different from day boarding as the dogs are different at night according to them. Have cancelled my booking but till now not recieved any amount refund or a email confirmation about cancellation. Have been chasing them but now no one responds . Miss Pooja is the one you should avoid talking too. At the time of taking payment she will be running behind you non stop but when it comes to refund they will not even respond
