My experience with Plvylist is good… My experience with Plvylist is good overall! I wish I had more communication especially on the day of release. My song was already 12 hours live and it wasn't on any Plvylist playlist. Five stars because they deliver every time with the streams and promotion but wish the urgency was better. Adam, my customer service rep was amazing! He gets 5 stars too! He answered every question and solved every problem I had. Overall I love Plvylist!

COMPLETE SCAM Shopped with these guys for a while, had no problems. My past 4 orders have either been completely ignored or added to their “playlists” and received 0 streams. Tried reaching out through email and Instagram on about 9 separate occasions, but keep getting told some vague, useless response. Once I started the dispute on PayPal I was emailed within minutes of them finding out, and they have yet to start any of my campaigns. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE

Biggest playlist scam ever This platform is a scam do not fall for it. Report them however you can. I paid for 2 services (Spotify and audiomack) they never delivered my song to any playlist. I emailed send texts on IG all vanity. I couldn’t reach the scammers. Do not fall victim they have don’t this same thing to countless amount of people.

Service has deteriorated! This has always been a great service. However, there are some big problems right now. Not replying to emails Not starting promotions within a 7 day period after you pay Getting removed from playlists part way through promotions I received a prompt response back after my email. However, the streams stopped abruptly after a few days. I understand you are not offering Spotify as a service anymore. What is going on? Do I assume that this service does not meet Spotify's policies and you are no longer operating?
