Just, no. They used to be good, now I'm rethinking my decision. It has been 2 weeks, several follow-ups, emails, chats, and not a single reply or update from the team. No results either. I am very disappointed. Update it’s been a month now :( Update, it's October now :( still no response

This site is very underrated! This site is very underrated, probably because people don’t wanna share their steps to success. Plvylists has got me some great attention and new fans. I’d recommend to any musician with good quality music. I plan on using Plvylists services all year round and with every release, on top of other things like ads.

Great service Great service , fast response on ig can’t wait to see the results. Gave us two extra playlists for the glitch that happen on the website 100$ extra. So grateful to have a song created by cousin dedicated to his sister who lost her life in the hands of the police get a chance to get heard by thousands

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Literally the worst customer service and program I have ever used... spent $100 on a campaign that still hasn’t happened, it’s been over 2 weeks. I have emailed EVERY email on the website and still haven’t had any response. Complete and total scam! I understand campaigns take time but the lack of any kind of communication just shows that this company cares nothing for their clientele and preys on young artists trying to get their music heard.

UPDATED : I was offered a discount in August and my submission hasn't been treated yet (November). Hi ! I ordered 1 single promotion and for some reason my PayPal was rejected. Lucy from Plvylist wrote me back (I’m sure it was automatic) offering me 20% discount for my order. After posting my review on trust pilot, they reached out 8 days later to help. 22/08 they sent me an email asking to pay via Paypal, but the email recipient cannot accept payments right now. They are not answering emails since September. I started a submission 31st of July, we are in November now, still no news.
