AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Literally the worst customer service and program I have ever used... spent $100 on a campaign that still hasn’t happened, it’s been over 2 weeks. I have emailed EVERY email on the website and still haven’t had any response. Complete and total scam! I understand campaigns take time but the lack of any kind of communication just shows that this company cares nothing for their clientele and preys on young artists trying to get their music heard.

Scam/Not a real company Paid for the 1-2 playlist placement package and haven’t received placement or communication from anyone in 5 days. This site is unethical. It’s a scam. I have reported their website to the FTC and I am looking for a way to report their business to Spotify to get it taken down permanently. Don’t use them!!!

My experience with Plvylist is good… My experience with Plvylist is good overall! I wish I had more communication especially on the day of release. My song was already 12 hours live and it wasn't on any Plvylist playlist. Five stars because they deliver every time with the streams and promotion but wish the urgency was better. Adam, my customer service rep was amazing! He gets 5 stars too! He answered every question and solved every problem I had. Overall I love Plvylist!

Just, no. They used to be good, now I'm rethinking my decision. It has been 2 weeks, several follow-ups, emails, chats, and not a single reply or update from the team. No results either. I am very disappointed. Update it’s been a month now :( Update, it's October now :( still no response

I am now thrilled to see my song being added to multiple playlists..I would highly recommend! No communication..felt like I paid for absolutely nothing..reached out several times on their website chat, email, and instagram dm and still no response! Order #1428
