Event cancelled due to covid - no refund. AVOID Event cancelled due to covid - so why no refund - say date TBC - its been 18months of me being out of pocket. No refund offered. Avoid.

Due to covid, the course in Crystal Palace was cancelled and they do not email me with updates and respond with sarcastic emails and refuse to give money back. They just keep saying your ticket is ok to use on next event. £68 spent through Eventbrite and Gung-ho are rip off merchants and a scam

CON ARTISTS! Disgraceful thieving charlatans! Cancelled an event due to Covid-19 2 years ago - yet haven't rescheduled any events yet claim, they may still run an event in 2022. Complete lies... nothing has been advertised and they are still holding onto the money paid. Save yourself the agro and DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE THIEVES. Will be seeking legal action.

Sports event cancelled-no refund given Gung-ho and eventbrite company created a sports event in Manchester UK, for April 2020 and we bought 2 tickets. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown it was postponed- and no communication were made there after. They have kept the money and then mentioned "no returns or refunds" when it was not our fault that we could not attend. Unfair. Wouldn't even give 1 star.

I'm going to seek legal advice Apparently you can cancel an event, not reschedule it and not give a refund because it's in the term and conditions.
