Scammers!!! Scammers!!! Avoid avoid avoid. They have set up more events thus year and still won't refund me for an event 2 years ago. Eventbrite are just as unhelpful too.

waste of money waste of money, no refund from event cancelled in 2020 - now 2022 and no re-booked event or refund. don't bother booking. bunch of cowboys. friends and i wasted £200

They do not even get 1 star but it… They do not even get 1 star but it won’t let me not put 1 star. Due to covid, the course in Crystal Palace was cancelled and they do not email me with updates and respond with sarcastic emails and refuse to give money back. They just keep saying your ticket is ok to use on next event. £68 spent through Eventbrite and Gung-ho are rip off merchants and a scam

Very poor Very poor. Event cancelled, no refund offered. No rescheduling date. Do not book anything with them.

I'm going to seek legal advice Apparently you can cancel an event, not reschedule it and not give a refund because it's in the term and conditions.
