GBThey do not even get 1 star but it… They do not even get 1 star but it won’t let me not put 1 star. Due to covid, the course in Crystal Palace was cancelled and they do not email me with updates and respond with sarcastic emails and refuse to give money back. They just keep saying your ticket is ok to use on next event. £68 spent through Eventbrite and Gung-ho are rip off merchants and a scam

GBVile Company Have taken money from me 2 years ago and haven’t said a single thing about a rescheduled event, but were quick to say they won’t refund when I asked for one. They just said to wait for a new event date. We all understand they couldn’t do the event due to covid and that was fine, but now it’s clear they have stolen the money off myself and other people. Legal action needs to be taken. Beware if they rebrand as a new company, the public should be aware of their unwillingness to communicate with people they stole money from. Also they took their website down. Vile, nasty, disgusting company.

GBI'm going to seek legal advice Apparently you can cancel an event, not reschedule it and not give a refund because it's in the term and conditions.
