I'm going to seek legal advice Apparently you can cancel an event, not reschedule it and not give a refund because it's in the term and conditions.

Do not give this company your hard… Do not give this company your hard earned money. No refund as yet for an event cancelled nearly 2 years ago. Inadequate responses to my many emails to this company. Zero customer service. Zero updates.

waste of money waste of money, no refund from event cancelled in 2020 - now 2022 and no re-booked event or refund. don't bother booking. bunch of cowboys. friends and i wasted £200

theives… purchased tickets 3 years ago for an event that never took place and they refuse to refund. tickets bought via Eventbright, who also refuse to refund. avoid them both!
