Scammers! I booked and paid for a local event. It had to be cancelled due to Covid. No refunds offered, still no reschedule date over 2 years later and the credit card (John Lewis!!) company wouldn’t do a chargeback as too much time had passed. I have been chasing for a new date but they’re just stringing us along with no intention of organising one really! Seems unfair that they just took our money and got away with it!!

They just keep saying your ticket is ok to use on next event. £68 spent through Eventbrite and Gung-ho are rip off merchants and a scam
