This year the QBI section for K-1's seemed to give our preparers a little more trouble with it being listed separately from each K-1. Would like to see options to link 1099-NEC's/MISC directly from the Schedule's C, E and F to make sure preparers utilize those forms (like the 99G and PATR on Schedule F). With this difficult year of changes and all that the programmers had to deal with, Drake was great on getting the software updated timely and working to keep up with our ever changing government regulations

DO NOT DOWNLOAD their demo DO NOT DOWNLOAD their demo. They "do not have an uninstaller" and simply deleting the files in File Explorer will leave residuals all over your hard drive. Once they know you are not purchasing their software, they come completely unhelpful.

32 years and counting Our company has used Drake Software since 1991—32 years. We have never been disappointed with Drake. As a result of their quality service, Drake has never given us a reason to look at another vendor. Because of their network of skilled tax professionals and their long term involvement in the industry, Drake is forward thinking with their product innovations and enhancements. Drake seems to know what we need to be successful even before we know it ourselves. Having many long time employees, a family atmosphere has developed between Drake Software and our offices. We value this relationship and appreciate that Drake has played in whatever success we have enjoyed.

Too many issues. I cant import data by uploading W2 or 1099 forms. Had an issue with Drake not allowing me to efile return I had already paid for, now that is fixed but I can no longer print anything. Drake acts like it is going thru the process of creating a pdf but nothing ever shows up. We think we will be using other software for TY2023

Pathetic support I absolutely agree with a previous review about horrible support and rude people. It is clear to me, after being a customer for the past 16 years or so, that the last couple of years has shown a steep decline in support. They have increased their fee by 50% since 2020. Not a great trend, higher prices for a lesser product and bad support. They like to blame the states for e-filing issues, but I caught them in a lie today. I'm done after 2023 season.
