Too many issues. I cant import data by uploading W2 or 1099 forms. Had an issue with Drake not allowing me to efile return I had already paid for, now that is fixed but I can no longer print anything. Drake acts like it is going thru the process of creating a pdf but nothing ever shows up. We think we will be using other software for TY2023

The program should not generate amounts such as on State returns : Ohio STX2 estimated tax that adds to the amount on the Ohio return. No email communication I've been using Drake Tax and Drake Payroll for a while now. The Software itself isn't bad but my issue is with IRS rejected filings. Drake wouldn't notify the tax preparer that a return has been rejected. Drake does receive the status update from the IRS but it won't send an email to the tax preparer to notify them as such. This software isn't cheap but it's basically useless in these type of situations. This causes so much grief to resolve the issues once discovered.
