Too many issues. I cant import data by uploading W2 or 1099 forms. Had an issue with Drake not allowing me to efile return I had already paid for, now that is fixed but I can no longer print anything. Drake acts like it is going thru the process of creating a pdf but nothing ever shows up. We think we will be using other software for TY2023

I have been a Drake customer for over…20 years. I have been a Drake customer for over 20 years and could never see myself using a different tax software. They are intuitive, informative, affordable, and helpful. Their support staff is always available and they are able to solve 99% of the questions and concerns I might have. I would rate them 10 out of 10.

Everyday updates are annoying I have been using this software for a long time but one thing annoys me the most is they have update EVERYDAY. Looks like they update the software more frequent than the government. I don't think government changes law every day. Also, they don't update automatically, and you have to manually update almost every day otherwise they won't let you use the software. This is very annoying. Otherwise for the price, the software is good.

Your programmers need to stop trying to… Your programmers need to stop trying to 2nd guess taxpreparers. The program should not generate amounts such as on State returns : Ohio STX2 estimated tax that adds to the amount on the Ohio return. DO NOT DOWNLOAD their demo DO NOT DOWNLOAD their demo. They "do not have an uninstaller" and simply deleting the files in File Explorer will leave residuals all over your hard drive. Once they know you are not purchasing their software, they come completely unhelpful.
