Big Ups to Drake I don't know if anybody could have convinced me that 31 years after trying Drake Software, I'd STILL be using it, but that's the way it is. THIRTY-ONE YEARS, and over 20,000 tax returns!!!! And oh, the customer service? Drake's customer service has built an 'expect nothing less than the best' reputation, and the various surveys of tax professionals certainly attest to that. ...gotta go now. I'm about to solve yet another client's tax puzzle with the best tax software of all time. ...OF ALL TIME!!!

Your programmers need to stop trying to… Your programmers need to stop trying to 2nd guess taxpreparers. The program should not generate amounts such as on State returns : Ohio STX2 estimated tax that adds to the amount on the Ohio return. Awful Company and terrible software Awful Company and terrible software. Don't you dare make a mistake on pay-per-return or they will refuse to give money back even if they didn't provide the service. Very dishonest, unethical people. They software itself is pretty bad. It would take less time to prepare simple returns on paper because of all their little nuances scattered in all nooks and crannies throughout the software. Their lower prices reflect their quality. Best to stay away and find a tax preparation software that will actually work for you.

Drake Portals auto logout time This is not about the Drake Tax, but Drake Portal. can you please extend the auto logout time!!!! It is ridiculously short. I cannot even go back and forth between it and Drake Tax working on a retrun only to come back and have to log back in. It is shorter than any bank login or any other application I work with . IT IS EVEN SHORTER THAN DRAKE TAX AUTO LOGOUT. What the heck are they tryng to accomplish other than aggragvate the user into finding a differnt solution?
