Too many issues. I cant import data by uploading W2 or 1099 forms. Had an issue with Drake not allowing me to efile return I had already paid for, now that is fixed but I can no longer print anything. Drake acts like it is going thru the process of creating a pdf but nothing ever shows up. We think we will be using other software for TY2023

Drake Portals auto logout time This is not about the Drake Tax, but Drake Portal. can you please extend the auto logout time!!!! It is ridiculously short. I cannot even go back and forth between it and Drake Tax working on a retrun only to come back and have to log back in. It is shorter than any bank login or any other application I work with . IT IS EVEN SHORTER THAN DRAKE TAX AUTO LOGOUT. What the heck are they tryng to accomplish other than aggragvate the user into finding a differnt solution?

We've been using Drake Software since 1985 and have always been very pleased with the accuracy, ease of use, and wonderful options given to us by the company. Support is great, and the company listens when we ask for additions or changes that help us in our business. The tax planner is such a helpful tool to help clients prepare for the next year or give them several scenarios for making decisions. Big Ups to Drake I don't know if anybody could have convinced me that 31 years after trying Drake Software, I'd STILL be using it, but that's the way it is. THIRTY-ONE YEARS, and over 20,000 tax returns!!!! And oh, the customer service? Drake's customer service has built an 'expect nothing less than the best' reputation, and the various surveys of tax professionals certainly attest to that. ...gotta go now. I'm about to solve yet another client's tax puzzle with the best tax software of all time. ...OF ALL TIME!!!

30+ Years and Still the Best I have used Drake 30+ years. The software continues to be one of the best out there. I highly recommend Drake; the software is continually evolving to make my job easier in these changing times. With Drake the programmers are at update schools to interact with users and gain insight as to how we use the software. Support is responsive when needed and will go out of their way to help even if the issue is not software related.
