Pathetic support I absolutely agree with a previous review about horrible support and rude people. It is clear to me, after being a customer for the past 16 years or so, that the last couple of years has shown a steep decline in support. They have increased their fee by 50% since 2020. Not a great trend, higher prices for a lesser product and bad support. They like to blame the states for e-filing issues, but I caught them in a lie today. I'm done after 2023 season.

Too many issues. I cant import data by uploading W2 or 1099 forms. Had an issue with Drake not allowing me to efile return I had already paid for, now that is fixed but I can no longer print anything. Drake acts like it is going thru the process of creating a pdf but nothing ever shows up. We think we will be using other software for TY2023

Your programmers need to stop trying to… Your programmers need to stop trying to 2nd guess taxpreparers. The program should not generate amounts such as on State returns : Ohio STX2 estimated tax that adds to the amount on the Ohio return. Everyday updates are annoying I have been using this software for a long time but one thing annoys me the most is they have update EVERYDAY. Looks like they update the software more frequent than the government. I don't think government changes law every day. Also, they don't update automatically, and you have to manually update almost every day otherwise they won't let you use the software. This is very annoying. Otherwise for the price, the software is good.
