As a result of their quality service, Drake has never given us a reason to look at another vendor. Drake seems to know what we need to be successful even before we know it ourselves. Having many long time employees, a family atmosphere has developed between Drake Software and our offices. Your programmers need to stop trying to… Your programmers need to stop trying to 2nd guess taxpreparers. The program should not generate amounts such as on State returns : Ohio STX2 estimated tax that adds to the amount on the Ohio return. No email communication I've been using Drake Tax and Drake Payroll for a while now. The Software itself isn't bad but my issue is with IRS rejected filings. Drake wouldn't notify the tax preparer that a return has been rejected. Drake does receive the status update from the IRS but it won't send an email to the tax preparer to notify them as such. This software isn't cheap but it's basically useless in these type of situations. This causes so much grief to resolve the issues once discovered.

I have been a Drake customer for over…20 years. I have been a Drake customer for over 20 years and could never see myself using a different tax software. They are intuitive, informative, affordable, and helpful. Their support staff is always available and they are able to solve 99% of the questions and concerns I might have. I would rate them 10 out of 10.

We appreciate the software team We appreciate the software team. In particular the telephone support team is quick, efficient, personable, and easy to engage in meaningful conversation. They come up with solutions and show their thorough knowledge by doing it quickly. A couple things that would be good: 1. A single button to quickly print the Engagement Letter from the list of returns. 2. Consistent placement of the PRNT and Notes screens across return types. Put them all in miscellaneous or whereever.
