GBZero stars, stole our funds, worst experience ever! I have no idea how Uviba has 4.5 stars? They have our funds and refuse to pay them out because 'Stripe held their funds'. We trusted Uviba with our payments and funds, not Stripe. If we have to try and recover our money from Stripe then why on earth would we use Uviba? We even tried to settle and ask for at least 50% back and forgive 50% as a loss to us for no reason but they even refused that. If you operate a payments company then startups trust you with their money, don't shift the blame on to third party companies, you should honour the payments to your customers. Your own problems with other companies are exactly that, your problems not your users. I have absolutely no clue how you get away with this and how many other companies have lost their money. P.S. I see you have two Trustpilot accounts (also shady for a brand) so I'll post this there too. Update 1st August 2020: Uviba chose to report my review to Trustpilot for violating their guidelines, I used your company, you still have our money, we had a contract with you. Instead of taking shady actions to get the review removed, it would have been far better and more honest of you to actually publically respond to my review and solve the issue. All you have done now is made the issue worse. If you create a 3rd Trustpilot page, I'll leave the same review there so other users have an honest and genuine review to their advantage before using Uviba, that is the purpose of Trustpilot reviews, to allow honest reviews not just positive reviews which suit you.
