GBI regret purchasing Dr Talks I regret purchasing Dr Talks. I paid for it to attend one event. A year later I was charged for an additional year. I immediately emailed that I wanted to cancel as I wasn't using it and no money was refunded. Charging for unwanted and unused services is poor customer service at best if not predatory. Even Amazon grants full refunds under there conditions.

Kimmy was my Customer Support Hero online for the day as he followed up and performed his duty without delay. My experiences with DrTalks customer service Dept have always given me complete satisfaction. I feel that I accomplish my goal without wasting my time

CAValuable and worth the price Re: Dr Talks. The interviewer was concise and questioned the important material that might otherwise be missed. The speakers were experts in their fields, very knowledgeable and interesting. The material was current and pleasantly surprising. When I emailed Dr Talks about getting access to my plan, Kimmy responded immediately and addressed my concerns.

GBDr Talks has great summits I've been watching Dr Talks Summits for many years and I always find the content of their interviews to be excellent as well as easy to comprehend and watch.
