I bring it everywhere so I can watch all my favorite Italian regional channels and l can keep in touch with my beloved region of Umbria, from where I come from. The good channel they have is absolutely cool and interesting, and l saw many of the places where l grew up.It is a great invention! Thank you so much.

My remote control stopped working and I was quickly mailed a replacement remote control at no charge. Extremely satisfied and wish I would have gotten it earlier! Easy Set-up and Great Quality This was so easy to set up, and the quality is excellent! Now I can watch all my favorite Italian TV and news. I especially like the preview window. It makes it so easy to choose what I want to watch. I'm so glad I found Cibor TV!

The worst customer service I ever… The worst customer service I ever experienced, box went bad, on the website it says they’ll exchange your box if it malfunctions at no fault of the user, false, but then when you bring that up, they say check the terms & conditions where they say they won’t cover the box after a year, also paid for a yearly subscription for the past four years now that my box doesn’t work they won’t credit me for my 6 remaining months. I asked if I can get a new box that way I can keep renewing and they refuse, so they rather lose a customer forever rather than sending a new box? Poor decision making and poor customer service. I will never use Cibor again. Yes you replied multiple times telling me to buy another box at 30% off lol good job! Spend more money for your messed up product, brilliant idea, to add another thing you claimed you checked my box and I didn’t even have it plugged in, quit the bs, you guys suck
