I had the 5 day trial and forgot about… I had the 5 day trial and forgot about it, that was on me. They didn't send a reminder about the trial ending, or any emails saying they charged me. They charge and hope you forget about it. I saw a second year charge and I have literally never used their website, they can see this on their end but don't want to give any grace. Too bad you forgot, too bad you've never used our website and have been paying for it unknowingly and we're going to take your money anyway. LOL. Almost $400 yikes!

Shortform is a SCAM!!! Shortform is a SCAM!!! They get your credit card number and it's all over. By the time you get a chance to see their product they refuse to refund. There are a whole lot of better websites that don't take advantage of people.
