GBExcellent summaries and customer service Shortform's summaries are really good - and give you cross referenced information that gives you an even more in depth look at the subject than just reading the original book. Their customer service is also very good. I had a payment issue that was sorted out extremely quickly and with a real human touch. Highly recommend.

USGreat for lifelong learners This is a great business for people who are multi-passionate. They have smart book summaries and they know how to show their appreciation for customers. I would consider subscribing to them again.

NLGreat content, buggy app/web The content is extremely great, in depth, focusing on the message, and contains crosslinking to other books and extra notes on the author's thoughts. Why not 5 stars? you need to invest more in the app and web version, they contain many bugs which are affecting the overall experience. I believe I will continue my subscription with them forever with such extreme high quality summaries.

USI had the 5 day trial and forgot about… I had the 5 day trial and forgot about it, that was on me. They didn't send a reminder about the trial ending, or any emails saying they charged me. They charge and hope you forget about it. I saw a second year charge and I have literally never used their website, they can see this on their end but don't want to give any grace. Too bad you forgot, too bad you've never used our website and have been paying for it unknowingly and we're going to take your money anyway. LOL. Almost $400 yikes!

CAShortform is more than just a summary Shortform is more than just a summary. The program includes editorial comments that frequently link the ideas to ones from other books. This greatly increases the programs value. Furthermore, there are journaling prompts to help you internalize the ideas and apply them to your own context.
