GBVery happy with egifter response time When the recipient of the email to claim the gift card accidentally deleted the email I emailed egifter and asked if they could resend the email to the recipient? To my surprise they sent her another email to claim her gift card in relative short order with no hassle. I will use egifter again.

GBFantastic by all means necessary Fantastic by all means necessary. I use egifter to purchase gift cards with Litecoin and the transactions are seamless. If you happen to overpay by any amount they offer to refund it or just add it as site balance for your next purchase. I've only ever had one issue where It took a few hours to get my gift cards but it was no fault of egifter just a lengthy wait for my transaction on the Litecoin network to go through. 10 out of 10 would use again.

GBNever able to get purchase through Never able to get purchase through, extremely unreliable. I always get the "exceeded promo use" error even on brands I've never purchased before. None of the advertised promos ever work for me. Edit 4/17: Reached out to eGifter support email. 4/22: After multiple back and forth with eGifter support, I still cannot place any orders. They claim that I have exceeded promo limit but they are unable to provide any details on which account and which order triggered it. I am eager to continue the conversation, but they claimed that they are unable to help me further. I will leave this as a 1 star review for now

GBSituation corrected. CHARGED TWICE FOR ONE PURCHASE I was charged twice for a single purchase and still have not been refunded. There was only one contribution made, but my bank accounty was charged for two contributions. Once I brought this to attention. Got right on it and corrected the situation.
