There's a great deal that's involved in… There's a great deal that's involved in trying to build a business website and all along the way ASF has been attentive, professional, and accommodating. Tech people speak a different language, most especially a different language from artists. Still,to a person: customer service; tech; the marketing people, have all engaged like partners in our success. It's a journey, sometimes a bit rocky, I'm glad I'm making this trip with ASF.

When I order my iPhone case I… When I order my iPhone case I inadvertently order two of the same in different sizes. Quick to respond Danielle from ASF corrected my mistake. My experience with them has been very positive. Always there to help me find my way. Thank you ASF and your great team of wonderful, helpful people always there to bail me out.

Always great service! Jayson took ownership on two problems I was having, not noticing on the Help areas of the website. He also took the time to create a video which worked out great.

Useful tools for marketing art. Expensive, but worth it. In the year and a half we've been with them, we've seen more and more tools rolled out to help us with marketing. They have incredible support: chat where I may have to wait 2-3 minutes before someone comes on (unheard of), three time a week online sessions with breakout rooms for various types of problems, and the ability to schedule phone sessions - usually a week or two out, but still!

I got more than expected when I called needing help! I had an issue uploading a photo for my website. It had been quite awhile since I'd tried this particular task, so I reached out to ASF customer service, knowing in advance that I'd get the help I needed. I had a bit of trouble telling Ronel exactly what I needed to do and he solved the issue by asking me to join him on a Zoom call! This made instructing me SO easy and it just took a few minutes. Again, I was already confident I'd get the help I needed, but felt this went above and beyond what I expected!
