GBI got more than expected when I called needing help! I had an issue uploading a photo for my website. It had been quite awhile since I'd tried this particular task, so I reached out to ASF customer service, knowing in advance that I'd get the help I needed. I had a bit of trouble telling Ronel exactly what I needed to do and he solved the issue by asking me to join him on a Zoom call! This made instructing me SO easy and it just took a few minutes. Again, I was already confident I'd get the help I needed, but felt this went above and beyond what I expected!
