Super bad experience Unfortunately, my recent experiences with your service have been consistently below expectations. Despite my efforts to remain patient and understanding, I cannot overlook the recurring issues I have encountered. These include a package that was not delivered and your customer service sucks!!!

About 50% of the things I ordered were… About 50% of the things I ordered were not in stock, and there was no easy way to see what was in stock and out of stock. I had to wait until check out to be told items that I added were out of stock, then I had to rebuild the whole basket while trying to remember what was out of stock. However, when I did get the basket it was absolutely adorable and I plan to use it for picnics in the future! Also, all the foods it came with were delicious.

I ordered The New Yorker- Bagel &… I ordered The New Yorker- Bagel & Appetizing Package for some family members. Everyone raved about it. Everything was fresh. The presentation was excellent. Some of the items were packed in ice to keep them fresh. I had to contact their customer service to check on the arrival date. The customer service representatives were all professional, helpful and pleasant. It went so well that I ordered another for a brunch that more family members were having. This is a wonderful organization with great, fresh, delicious items.

100% Satisfied Contrary to previous reviews here, I have to praise them for their service. I ordered the Easter Basket for my family in Texas which, when duly arrived was pathetic compared to what the description was on line. I wrote to them immediately and voiced my disappointment and described what they had received. The response couldn't have been faster. And smartly resent the correct gift. 100%satisfied.

Ordered on a Monday for a Wednesday… Ordered on a Monday for a Wednesday delivery for Valentine's Day. Paid $19.99 for 2 day delivery. Today is Wednesday and the tracking number only says "label has been created". Why would I want something FOR Valentine's Day delivered AFTER Valentine's Day? I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They offered me a 30% refund. That won't even cover the cost of the shipping. Customer service is honestly no help at all. Never again.
