Tales.com was a great experience I thought this process was well put together! This is my feedback: there were moments in that interview that sparked my grandma to pull from her memories, that I don't think are written anywhere. She told me she's written down most of her history growing up, but those memories are invaluable to me and my family! It was the questions that were asked that sparked that, and those are the parts that were so amazing to hear! I think when gathering the questions, the process was perfect. There were great examples that sparked catered question for us to ask her directly. Wonderful job.

Priceless! This was a wonderful experience and a chance for me to share things that have been not been discussed forever with my daughter. Now she will have some of those memories to keep forever. Mark seemed to know just what to ask to illicit those replies that I didn't even know I had in me! He was patient and thorough. I would give anything to hear my mother voice again, not to mention hear some of her recollections and thoughts. I'm sure my daughter will never regret this experience. An absolute treasure! I commissioned Tales to make 5 shows with my father on different topics, and I just got the first one back - it is a TREASURE. I learned things about my dad that I never knew, and heard some old favorite stories as well. My dad loved the process of being interviewed, and his storytelling talents came out clearly in the show.
