GBTales has been a pleasure to work with Tales has been a pleasure to work with. The company is communicative and responsive and the work is top-notch. Tales produces a professional quality podcast featuring your loved one that you would expect to find on NPR or a national level production. My elderly father enjoyed the experience very much and the family has been thrilled with the whole process.

GBThank you for making my husbands birthday so special! From the first phone call to the final product my experience with Tales was stellar. Spencer Wise is a gem of a human being who truly cares about getting the best results for his clients and Mark’s interviewing skills are empathic and easeful. Thank you for making my husbands birthday so special!

GBTales.com was a great experience I thought this process was well put together! This is my feedback: there were moments in that interview that sparked my grandma to pull from her memories, that I don't think are written anywhere. She told me she's written down most of her history growing up, but those memories are invaluable to me and my family! It was the questions that were asked that sparked that, and those are the parts that were so amazing to hear! I think when gathering the questions, the process was perfect. There were great examples that sparked catered question for us to ask her directly. Wonderful job.

GBEnlighten and entertain your family! I had the distinct pleasure of being interviewed by Tales.com so my family had a view into to my life as a child, teen, military man, student, husband and father. The interviews were about an hour long and the interviewer, Mark, kept things moving quite nicely by asking questions that required digging deep into one’s memory, making recollection a mostly pleasant experience. I would recommend Tales.com to anybody wanting to preserve their life experiences for generations present and future.

GBCapture your loved ones' voices for future generations! I commissioned Tales interviews with 4 members of our older generation - my Mother, Aunts and an Uncle. Each person decided how many interviews they would be comfortable doing. They ranged from 1 interview to 5 interviews. Each person had a positive experience with the interview. The interviews have been shared broadly to our family of cousins, nieces and nephews. I have to say they have been terrific, and I highly recommend commissioning interviews with anyone over 60 now rather than later when health issues may become an issue. I wish I had found Tales before my father passed away 2 years ago. I learned so much that I did not know from each person interviewed. Some was personal history and some was local history of the town that I grew up in that I did not know. All of the interviews were done well. I recommend having good internet connection for the Zoom interviews for the best sound quality. If your family members think they do not have anything that people want to hear, come up with some questions for them so they know their stories are valued. I highly recommend taking the leap to get the interview process started. My husband loved the idea so much he has gifted the Life Story - 5 interviews to his father. He only wishes he had known about Tales before his mother passed away 2 years ago.
