Best birthday gift ever Best birthday gift ever! We recorded the life stories of my grandparents for my mom's birthday and it has been such an amazing experience hearing them reflect on their different stages of life. Can't wait to show this to our family generations to come!

Highly recommend This was a wonderful experience all around. First of all the team was incredibly forgiving - we had to juggle schedules and even interview subjects and the customer support was always generous. Secondly, they treat the interviewees with care - this was done with my 92-year-old father and he reported back that he had a great time talking to his interviewer. Thirdly, and maybe the most relevant, the product is excellent. A lovely piece of my father to cherish forever. Highly recommend.

Priceless! This was a wonderful experience and a chance for me to share things that have been not been discussed forever with my daughter. Now she will have some of those memories to keep forever. Mark seemed to know just what to ask to illicit those replies that I didn't even know I had in me! He was patient and thorough. I would give anything to hear my mother voice again, not to mention hear some of her recollections and thoughts. I'm sure my daughter will never regret this experience. Tales.com was a great experience I thought this process was well put together! This is my feedback: there were moments in that interview that sparked my grandma to pull from her memories, that I don't think are written anywhere. She told me she's written down most of her history growing up, but those memories are invaluable to me and my family! It was the questions that were asked that sparked that, and those are the parts that were so amazing to hear! I think when gathering the questions, the process was perfect. There were great examples that sparked catered question for us to ask her directly. Wonderful job.
