An absolute treasure! I commissioned Tales to make 5 shows with my father on different topics, and I just got the first one back - it is a TREASURE. I learned things about my dad that I never knew, and heard some old favorite stories as well. My dad loved the process of being interviewed, and his storytelling talents came out clearly in the show. Tales.com was a great experience I thought this process was well put together! This is my feedback: there were moments in that interview that sparked my grandma to pull from her memories, that I don't think are written anywhere. She told me she's written down most of her history growing up, but those memories are invaluable to me and my family! It was the questions that were asked that sparked that, and those are the parts that were so amazing to hear! I think when gathering the questions, the process was perfect. There were great examples that sparked catered question for us to ask her directly. Wonderful job.

Highly recommend This was a wonderful experience all around. First of all the team was incredibly forgiving - we had to juggle schedules and even interview subjects and the customer support was always generous. Secondly, they treat the interviewees with care - this was done with my 92-year-old father and he reported back that he had a great time talking to his interviewer. Thirdly, and maybe the most relevant, the product is excellent. A lovely piece of my father to cherish forever. Highly recommend.
