Priceless gift for aging family members My siblings and I bought a podcast for each of our parents as gifts and it was an inspired way to capture family moments and history. 10/10 service This is such a wonderful company and service. Kevin did a great job interviewing my grandma and having the podcast episodes for all the family to listen to is a great Christmas present. The interviews were super easy to prepare for and organise, and the podcast episodes were delivered quickly and were very well done.

Tales.com was a great experience I thought this process was well put together! This is my feedback: there were moments in that interview that sparked my grandma to pull from her memories, that I don't think are written anywhere. She told me she's written down most of her history growing up, but those memories are invaluable to me and my family! It was the questions that were asked that sparked that, and those are the parts that were so amazing to hear! I think when gathering the questions, the process was perfect. There were great examples that sparked catered question for us to ask her directly. Wonderful job.

Priceless! This was a wonderful experience and a chance for me to share things that have been not been discussed forever with my daughter. Now she will have some of those memories to keep forever. Mark seemed to know just what to ask to illicit those replies that I didn't even know I had in me! He was patient and thorough. I would give anything to hear my mother voice again, not to mention hear some of her recollections and thoughts. I'm sure my daughter will never regret this experience. My life in a capsule I just completed my 4 sessions with Tales and I must admit it was quite pleasant. Brought back memories that I had not thought about in years.
