Priceless! This was a wonderful experience and a chance for me to share things that have been not been discussed forever with my daughter. Now she will have some of those memories to keep forever. Highly recommend This was a wonderful experience all around. First of all the team was incredibly forgiving - we had to juggle schedules and even interview subjects and the customer support was always generous. Secondly, they treat the interviewees with care - this was done with my 92-year-old father and he reported back that he had a great time talking to his interviewer. Thirdly, and maybe the most relevant, the product is excellent. A lovely piece of my father to cherish forever. Highly recommend.
