GBAbsolutely TERRIBLE service Absolutely TERRIBLE service Failed to deliver, walked off the job, promised the moon, and absolutely DID NOT bring "hassle free design" at all. If you are a founder or executive, stay away from this firm. Not only did they not deliver, but they had the nerve to ask for payment on something they did not do and even send a collector. Absolute worst experience with any professional services firm ever and very unlikely to change no matter what they tell you.

GBI worked with Superside to begin the process of updating materials I worked with Superside to begin the process of updating our portfolio of content. After our onboarding call, that went into depth on how to make this partnership successful, we launched the project. Our project POCs were consistently sending us updates and while we reviewed materials, they would follow up to make sure we could close out the project on time. My role changed a bit and Superside made it easy to transfer this project over to my colleague.
