When I check the users they seem to be for the must part real active users and not so much of the "who knows if this is a real person account". And in many cases you get what you pay for, and Build my plays are at premium prices so that might explain why there services are top notch. When I need to promote a new song on my sound cloud they are the first place I go. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the high prices but at least they are really marketing you.

As for FB, I did experience an issue where some of the likes I paid for suddenly disappeared. But once the issue was brought up, they were able to rectify it within 48 hours. I also wish for a slightly quicker response time with the “live help” and not being forced to wait a day or two to get a reply.
