There were very helpful in easing us into the modern world of file based distribution by setting up a workflow that included shows on tape and file. I was in a very unique situation (during the Christmas holiday week) that was complex as well as time sensitive... Tony Baltayan was my initial contact person and he made me feel completely confident that ABS would not only be capable of handling and accommodating my needs but also made me feel like a valued customer. Once our program is in their hands, we know the job will be done correctly and our stations will receive the completed program files on time.
