They have always been so helpful and available if we ever have any questions or concerns. Their captioners are always so polite and on time. Professional Captioning and file delivery Aberdeen has been excellent for us in both closed captioning and file transfer. I know that if I get my files to them in time that they will deliver a professionally closed caption file on time and in the correct spec's that the receiver needs.
