I was in a very unique situation (during the Christmas holiday week) that was complex as well as time sensitive... Tony Baltayan was my initial contact person and he made me feel completely confident that ABS would not only be capable of handling and accommodating my needs but also made me feel like a valued customer. Once Tony had all of my information he initiated and oversaw the ABS team in order to execute what I needed done... We were using only tape based distribution before Aberdeen came in and gave us more options for the captioning and distribution in file based formats. There were very helpful in easing us into the modern world of file based distribution by setting up a workflow that included shows on tape and file.
