I am very pleased that I did. There was a minor shipping issue with the manufacturer, and Andy responded to my email within the hour to set it straight. Build it is really a great experience to discover 3D printing domain but could be frustrating for someone who hope a printer ready out of the box. I have the dual extruder version, but I haven't tested dual yet. Over all I'm very happy with this purchase for the price and for the quality of the parts. Easy update available of the printer to add double fan for the Nozze and filament sensor. Just little negative point regarding the manual of installation that miss details to assemble some parts

Such a great experience the day after it arrived I ordered a second laser. Don’t waste time, effort or money on the other guys, 3dPrintersbay is the way to go.

High import tariffs for EU Don't buy here if you are living in the EU. The website states free shipping but lets the customer pay all the import tariffs and other charges. I bought the Phrozen Sonic Mini here and on top of the $299 came $104 in import charges on top of the $30 Fedex shipping that they don't inform you about! EDIT: to reply to the below response from 3DPrintersBay: you should not inform your customers about significant extra costs in your terms & conditions. This is unclear and bad practice. A notice when a person living in the EU makes a purchase would make this much clearer. Also make sure to state this on your purchase orders!

Very happy with fast delivery Sidewinder X2 I received the Artillery Sidewinder X2 a few days ago. Delivery was about 9 days, and was tracked using UPS Tracker. The printer assembly was simple; only 3 large pieces with screws already installed. Some instructions for bed leveling were not fully clear, but YouTube helped here. Prints were much faster than the Ultimaker 3, and were perfect; no strings, and smooth, using PLA+ from Micro Center. The touch screen looks good, but has had some mis-touches (maybe needs calibration). Still, I like this 3D printer. Very happy with the printer and the delivery.
