Hopefully over time it will become a little more slick but the import function from ebay is invaluable and its really been worth the money. I also recently tried MadeMe.uk and NuMonday as selling platforms and had zero sales in a year.

How to Grow and expand eBid since I mainly deal with stamps and a few coins, it would be nice to see eBid take out an advertisement in both Linn's Stamp News as well and Coin World, and Maybe place an ad with American Philatelic Society in their monthly journal. I recently did a mass mailing to all my past buyer from THAT OTHER rip off auction site, and the response has been very good. So now I have begun tailoring to their previous purchases. It so far seems to be working.
