Functional website. Used the site after finding via reverse image search an item that couldn't be found elsewhere. The site is functional. No troubles loading pages, creating an account or during checkout. One month later there's a follow-up email requesting feedback (review) which is IMO a sign the company is interested in what they are doing; the site is not a Set Up Once And Forever cash milkcow but being quality monitored.

Cats! I have bought things (mostly postcards) from this eBid seller for some years now, and they've always been good experiences. The postcards are always sent incredibly quickly, and are sold in aid of needy cats, so eleven out of ten for everything thank you eBid!

Don't touch them unless you're on PayPal! Ordered a software package, duly paid for it through PayPal, then got directed back to the seller only to find I was being asked to "Buy" it all over again. I contacted the seller through eBid AND his PayPal email, got nothing. Thankfully the PayPal Resolution process refunded me immediately!

I've been using eBid for since 2010 and… I've been using eBid for since 2010 and I can honestly say that I have had nothing but good experiences with it. It is far cheaper than eBay to list items, the final value fees are cheaper and the customer service staff are faster to respond and are far more helpful in general. The downside is that eBid is not as popular as eBay with less users but this should change over time. Also, eBid does not have the flexible, multi-variant listing tools that eBid has. Overall however, I would recommend eBid. In general, I think it is pretty good and I have sold many items through it.

How to Grow and expand eBid since I mainly deal with stamps and a few coins, it would be nice to see eBid take out an advertisement in both Linn's Stamp News as well and Coin World, and Maybe place an ad with American Philatelic Society in their monthly journal. I recently did a mass mailing to all my past buyer from THAT OTHER rip off auction site, and the response has been very good. So now I have begun tailoring to their previous purchases. It so far seems to be working.
