GBFor me as a new author the process was… For me as a new author the process was long, drawn out, and impersonal. I prefer to talk with people when I am un certain or need help. This proved to be difficult as the individuals assigned to me in the company rarely answer a phone call, and take time in returning a request to call back. On the other hand, the art work and layout was great, and the finished product was professional and of good quality. I am very pleased with the results.

GBThey held my hand through the entire… They held my hand through the entire process. As a first time author, I felt I had great help starting with the customer assistance associate who answered all my questions in the beginning. I liked the checklist they sent me once we were underway with production. It gave me time frames and what was next. The books came out looking very professional, and I couldn't be more pleased. I am writing a second book now, and will definitely recommend them to other authors as well as hire them for my next printing.

GBSarah Turner was great to work with Sarah Turner was great to work with. However, I had a problem because the art department did not read the story (or the Bible) to understand the plot of the main character, Ruth of the Bible, before doing the artwork. Also Getty pictures are not the best pictures to use for the cover of Middle Eastern women. I also feel they did not keep in contact with the author on a timely basis. Weeks would pass before a question was finally answered.

GBMy first venture into writing and… My first venture into writing and publishing was a little rough. Communication regarding the illustrations lacked understanding which I attribute to using illustrators located out of the US. I am happy with the two books that were published, I am not pleased with the cost and the result of the marketing and promotion. The plan is merely a template with your information dropped in and at an expensive price. I found the book fair another costly event. with little to no positive results except to give the books away. There must be some way for LifeRich to promote their published books as other publishing companies do.

GBThe goal is success The goal is success - to sell books. This will take investments. It will also take book reviews. Thus far no one accepts unsolicited book submissions for review. I did find one book club for my book review. The question is - how does your book standout among millions of books? LifeRich needs a nexus with book reviewers. I will try Google advertising. If I can generate revenues I will try other venues.
