Supportive and professional I felt as though they dropped everything else to attend to my book. The people I spoke to or emailed seemed familiar with my manuscript enabling communication to be professional. They did an awesome job on the cover copy and the inside. Makes me look more impressive than I am. I thought my author copies of the published book would be automatically sent which caused a delay. This was completely unimportant to me, but it happened. I can't find anything else to gripe about.

Patient and understanding I am 85 years old and a first time book writer. The staff at LifeRich was always patient and understood my limitations. I thanked them in my acknowledgements.

Seeds of Destiny Being my very first book, from start to finish Liferich, took me by the hand through each process, & no matter how many questions I asked, they were very patience, kind, & encouraged me through. They answered every email & phone call. They are very skilled professionals, who treat their customers with great respect! I am starting on my 2nd book & will be using them again!

Exasperated beyond belief Exasperated beyond belief by my account rep. who was either lazy and totally incompetent or purposely counterproductive. I lost a year and nearly my sanity before having to get others involved, at many stages, to complete the work. Others in the company were super helpful when finally employed. Thanks to those people. I considered canceling my contract and forfeiting the money paid a few times, just to stop the misery.
