Self-Publishing with LifeRich My experience with LifeRich was very positive. This was my first self-publishing experience and I found their representatives very helpful in guiding me through the process. Things happened when they said they would and the whole process was remarkable quick. There were two things in the process that I felt could be improved: First, it would have been helpful if the ebook formatting and release was ready when the print book became available and second, I thought the supplemental added marketing packages were too pricey for my needs. Exasperated beyond belief Exasperated beyond belief by my account rep. who was either lazy and totally incompetent or purposely counterproductive. I lost a year and nearly my sanity before having to get others involved, at many stages, to complete the work. Others in the company were super helpful when finally employed. Thanks to those people. I considered canceling my contract and forfeiting the money paid a few times, just to stop the misery.

They held my hand through the entire… They held my hand through the entire process. As a first time author, I felt I had great help starting with the customer assistance associate who answered all my questions in the beginning. I liked the checklist they sent me once we were underway with production. It gave me time frames and what was next. The books came out looking very professional, and I couldn't be more pleased. I am writing a second book now, and will definitely recommend them to other authors as well as hire them for my next printing.

I was very pleased with my involvement… I was very pleased with my involvement with Liferich with just a minor hick-up. I had asked for two dozen paperback copies and received exactly eleven copies, not enough to provide for my commitments, but not a disaster. The sketches I sent were not used, but a last minute photo is serving very well. I was very disappointed that they did not include the dedication page to honor a very good friend that proofread my first printout.

Great company to publish your book! Everyone that has had anything to do with the publishing of my book has been very professional and made me feel at ease. Even though the topic of my book was somewhat hard, they made the process easy.
