However, I had a problem because the art department did not read the story (or the Bible) to understand the plot of the main character, Ruth of the Bible, before doing the artwork. Also Getty pictures are not the best pictures to use for the cover of Middle Eastern women. I also feel they did not keep in contact with the author on a timely basis. Weeks would pass before a question was finally answered.

Great company to publish your book! Everyone that has had anything to do with the publishing of my book has been very professional and made me feel at ease. Even though the topic of my book was somewhat hard, they made the process easy.

Supportive and professional I felt as though they dropped everything else to attend to my book. The people I spoke to or emailed seemed familiar with my manuscript enabling communication to be professional. They did an awesome job on the cover copy and the inside. Makes me look more impressive than I am. I thought my author copies of the published book would be automatically sent which caused a delay. This was completely unimportant to me, but it happened. I can't find anything else to gripe about.
