GBI think I'm going to really like Roomvu I think I'm going to really like Roomvu. Signing up was super easy. The customer and tech support is responsive and knowledgeable. I enjoyed getting a user overview with Arya. He was very professional and answered all of my questions during our session.

CAThe WORST product and communication The WORST product and communication! I was charged over $3,000 in repeat meta ads with no one explaining to me what to do or not do, and when I emailed Roomvu to ask for an explanation I had NO answer back ever. Had 3 zoom meetings which all said the same thing (sorry, cannot help). Useless, unprofessional, weak content, worst customer service. I should have read all the reviews before signing up. I hope I can help the next person that is considering signing up to NOT do so.

GBCool Product Advisor was very knowledgeable and we covered a lot of territory quickly. I'm not tech savvy so it went a little fast for me, but after using the product I'm sure I will be able to get the hang of it. Its a lot to learn in 15 minutes.
