USLinda Raith My rep, Linda, was very helpful in creating the ad/image I wanted to show our potential buyers. She is always quick to return my calls. We were pleased with the quality of the postcard we chose, color, gloss, etc. We are fairly new to Welcome Wagon and response has been OK so far but has certainly covered the cost.

USAdvertising Square Dance Club Welcome Wagon prices seemed very reasonable. They did a good job of working with us to design a post card that we believe will be successful. Of course the proof of effectiveness will be the response we receive. We will not be able to measure that for a number of months.

USBuyer's Beware! Buyer's Beware! My experience with Welcome Wagon was terrible! Once they locked you in to a contract its hell getting out of it. Read your contract carefully, because there is no guarantee that you are going to get any clients. In my opinion Linda Farley and Susan Bannon are the worst. In my opinion Welcome Wagon customer service is bad and business follow up is the worst. Keep your money in your pocket and go somewhere else for advertisement help. Businesses beware!

USGreat Customer Service Great customer service. When I was approached by the company to advertise I was very skeptical. However my gut was telling me to go forward. I am very pleased with the outcome of my advertising after all my edits became no problem.

USreview Very attentive during sale but vague and slow to respond during the ad set-up process. This review may be pre-mature and I was asked to consider it and the ad campaign just started so I am not sure of its effectiveness. My overall opinion will hinge on the success of the program for my business. I used welcome wagon 20 years ago when my practice began and allowed me to meet some great patients who still see me to this day!
