She had her team design a beautiful postcard for me to be mailed out to new homeowners. I am pleased with their work and the ease of sharing my business name.

Terrible customer service We used Welcome Wagon for years to target new patients. We never had any metrics to know if the mailers were generating new patients unless they told us. Since we could not measure the value, we decided to discontinue the service when our contract expired. Since our expiration date we have been charged three months in a row through automatic billing. There is no easy way to speak with someone and they have not refunded our money.

Welcome Wagon is great! Welcome Wagon is great! I used them at my prior dental office to send mailings to get new patients. Now I am at a new office and will be using them again due to the prior success. They are efficient, accommodating and professional. They respond quickly and answered all of my questions.
