I was unsure how to even start looking for a sibling whose birth information I really didn't have, meanwhile he was out there already doing the work. Frustrating lack of support I've tried for days to setup "Felicia1992", but the site never sends the verification email. I wait the required hour and try to get the email again but nothing is sent. Even worse is the unavailability of online chat or other responsive support. It looks like a great site but it's no good if you can't register/verify. Update: I've been contacted by the developer of Adopted. I'm up and searching, and very happy with the service. Still, if I hadn't complained so publicly there'd be no solution to my problem. I hope they fix the site to allow non-members to reach support. My problem was solved in minutes with the help of their excellent support.
