It's good to have the compliance document in advance, as there are a few things they are not able to publish. The customer service and monitoring report are great assets and I will use them again.

Press release packages are misleading… Press release packages are misleading and could get the same quality elsewhere for less than $100 per a press release. I would stay away and look into PR News Wire or Marketers Media instead.
