VNService is very slow. Service is very slow. I am a seller and my customer is a buyer who is also very frustrated with their service. It's been a few weeks but things haven't progressed as the seller's money has been coming to them for quite some time now. Support is almost impossible to contact. I sent 3-4 emails but in a few weeks, there was no response. They asked me to upload the agreement, but when I uploaded it for some reason, they made me re-upload it, which was silly. I'm disappointed with how cumbersome the workflow is

GBAbsolutely ridiculous across the board Absolutely ridiculous across the board. First of all, there is no connection with ebay, so you continue to get hounded for not paying. Second, the amount of information required is ridiculous, and most sellers won't accept it. Third, while the website states that either a buyer or seller can cancel at any time, in practice, that's not true, and they have to give the seller a chance to respond. I will never use this scammy company again - shame on ebay for their half-baked money-grubbing partnership deal

She took the time to understand what I was asking and responded appropriately. This review is only for her responses, I’m yet to see how the process works, and if it works smoothly. CAFairly smooth 3 week turnaround for domain sale I recently had a buyer express interest in a domain, and escrow.com was the third party facilitator. After reading the reviews here on TrustPilot, I was skeptical of escrow.com's service but I had no other choice. To my pleasant surprise, the transaction went fairly smoothly and didn't take as long as I thought (3 weeks in total - not super quick but didn't take forever). They responded reasonably quick to a support request. As my first experience with them, it went well.
