VNService is very slow. Service is very slow. I am a seller and my customer is a buyer who is also very frustrated with their service. It's been a few weeks but things haven't progressed as the seller's money has been coming to them for quite some time now. Support is almost impossible to contact. I sent 3-4 emails but in a few weeks, there was no response. They asked me to upload the agreement, but when I uploaded it for some reason, they made me re-upload it, which was silly. I'm disappointed with how cumbersome the workflow is

ILI really suggest using a different service Response time is horrible. We paid 20k usd in fees and every request takes several days to take care of. Customer support doesn’t pick up the phone when I call them and answer emails once a day at best

GBJo did an amazing job assisting us in… Jo did an amazing job assisting us in creating a very custom domain transaction. The response times were incredibly fast and very helpful. Without Jo's help and guidance, this likely would've taken much longer to complete meaning we'd risk losing a sale. Thanks Jo!!

GBThe absolute worst The absolute worst. Two transactions unnecessarily delayed. Provided all documentation and they caused nothing but headaches and frustration. Still waiting on my money to come back even after we cancelled our transaction! Is this a way to collect interest on my hard earned money?
