I wish I had read the reviews before… I wish I had read the reviews before using this service. They are jacking my seller around and holding my money. This is not good.

Fairly smooth 3 week turnaround for domain sale I recently had a buyer express interest in a domain, and escrow.com was the third party facilitator. After reading the reviews here on TrustPilot, I was skeptical of escrow.com's service but I had no other choice. To my pleasant surprise, the transaction went fairly smoothly and didn't take as long as I thought (3 weeks in total - not super quick but didn't take forever). They responded reasonably quick to a support request. As my first experience with them, it went well.

She took the time to understand what I was asking and responded appropriately. This review is only for her responses, I’m yet to see how the process works, and if it works smoothly. I’m only half way through my transaction. I will do a follow up review when the transaction is completed.

Support service The problem has been resolved well. Although the support team's response time is long.

It’s been a month and they’re still… It’s been a month and they’re still holding the money. They keep asking to submit random information and documents without ever actually progressing with the transaction. It seems no matter what you give them they want something else immediately after. You have a better chance of not getting scammed by sending your money to the seller without using a third party service such as escrow. Avoid at all costs and do not ever consider using them.
