Did not receive any support from ESCROW There was a problem encountered with order 13022426. I bought a domain name for $1700 through Escrow, but unfortunately, the seller is located in a country that is not supported by Escrow. I have emailed support several times to seek a solution, but I have not received any response from Escrow. They have neither provided a solution nor refunded my money despite my numerous emails. (update: I have received escrow support and am waiting for the money to be transferred back to my account)

Service is very slow. Service is very slow. I am a seller and my customer is a buyer who is also very frustrated with their service. It's been a few weeks but things haven't progressed as the seller's money has been coming to them for quite some time now. Support is almost impossible to contact. I sent 3-4 emails but in a few weeks, there was no response. They asked me to upload the agreement, but when I uploaded it for some reason, they made me re-upload it, which was silly. I'm disappointed with how cumbersome the workflow is

A really simple way to buy and transfer… A really simple way to buy and transfer a domain. I hadn't come across Escrow before - I really like the way they ensure both parties are legit and the domain is as it should be before proceeding.
