Did not receive any support from ESCROW There was a problem encountered with order 13022426. I bought a domain name for $1700 through Escrow, but unfortunately, the seller is located in a country that is not supported by Escrow. I have emailed support several times to seek a solution, but I have not received any response from Escrow. They have neither provided a solution nor refunded my money despite my numerous emails. (update: I have received escrow support and am waiting for the money to be transferred back to my account)

I am the seller and they told me yesterday your country is not supported for payments. They did one email and now its more than 24 hours no response from the support team. I am canceling the selling because i need money i will sell where i i would get instant money and support. transction number 13022426 update: I recieved an email in which support said to cancel the transction and deal, and i confrimed to cancel but they didnt aswer to buyer to confirm the deal cancelation. Escrow support is world best support 1 email per one day. Go knows why escrow holds money. After seeing this behavior now i bet my buyer will get refund in next decad.

Second, the amount of information required is ridiculous, and most sellers won't accept it. Third, while the website states that either a buyer or seller can cancel at any time, in practice, that's not true, and they have to give the seller a chance to respond.
