Did not receive any support from ESCROW There was a problem encountered with order 13022426. I bought a domain name for $1700 through Escrow, but unfortunately, the seller is located in a country that is not supported by Escrow. I have emailed support several times to seek a solution, but I have not received any response from Escrow. They have neither provided a solution nor refunded my money despite my numerous emails. (update: I have received escrow support and am waiting for the money to be transferred back to my account)

Hazel M was very nice and professional… Hazel M was very nice and professional in explaining and clarifying the process to me. She took the time to understand what I was asking and responded appropriately. This review is only for her responses, I’m yet to see how the process works, and if it works smoothly. I’m only half way through my transaction. I will do a follow up review when the transaction is completed.

Very bad support service waisting time Support is very lazy they do one email per one day, they push buyer and seller. they took one and half day to review payment from the buyer. I am the seller and they told me yesterday your country is not supported for payments. They did one email and now its more than 24 hours no response from the support team. I am canceling the selling because i need money i will sell where i i would get instant money and support. transction number 13022426 update: I recieved an email in which support said to cancel the transction and deal, and i confrimed to cancel but they didnt aswer to buyer to confirm the deal cancelation. Escrow support is world best support 1 email per one day. Go knows why escrow holds money. After seeing this behavior now i bet my buyer will get refund in next decad.
