GBExcellent service Two gentlemen arrived and immediately started wrapping up the furniture. They were in and out in less than 90 minutes. Upon arrival to the new residence they immediately started bringing the furniture upstairs. Removed doors from hinges where needed. One item was too large to bring in the front so they brought it in through the back door with no hesitation. Cleaned up. Left no mess and zero damage to anything. Excellent experience all around.

GBBest company ! Having moved a few times, dealing with the Muuv team was fairly seamless compared to other companies I've dealt with. Muuv has a very professional process, from start to finish. They begin by doing a virtual walkthrough, so they can offer you a price guarantee. The salesperson I worked with, Liam, was very responsive and comforting, which I appreciated, because I was stressed about my move. On the day of my move, Diego, Carlos, and Allen arrived early and worked efficiently. All my kitchen items were packed safely; nothing broke in transit, even though there was a lot of glassware. The drop-off was quick, they moved all my items within 4 hours. I will definitely use this company when I need to move again in the future.

GBAn excellent company An excellent company. From the sales rep, to the moving co-ordinator, to the movers themselves, all of them were pleasant, personable, and professional. Leading up to the move I had many unforseen issues with scheduling and they accommodated me without a problem. The day of the move was quick, efficient and painless. I would highly recommend them.

GBI placed an order with this company… I placed an order with this company back in November, I still haven’t received my items and I have been asking since January for a refund and they are refusing to give me my money back. She keeps just saying that they are dedicated to sending me my order and they are completely ignoring the fact that I have been saying I want my money back for two months.I have been speaking with Rachel Peake who is the Head of Customer Care. If I could give 0 stars I would!

GBZero stars Zero stars. Placed order 2 months ago and still have not received. Automated “so sorry for delay” responses to each email to customer service with no resolution. I have asked for a refund and still same automated response. I would never recommend ordering from them
