They took amazing care of my belongings and really made the process not only not stressful, but fun and exciting. GBAn excellent company An excellent company. From the sales rep, to the moving co-ordinator, to the movers themselves, all of them were pleasant, personable, and professional. Leading up to the move I had many unforseen issues with scheduling and they accommodated me without a problem. The day of the move was quick, efficient and painless. I would highly recommend them.

GBI placed an order with this company… I placed an order with this company back in November, I still haven’t received my items and I have been asking since January for a refund and they are refusing to give me my money back. She keeps just saying that they are dedicated to sending me my order and they are completely ignoring the fact that I have been saying I want my money back for two months.I have been speaking with Rachel Peake who is the Head of Customer Care. If I could give 0 stars I would!

GBDidn’t receive what I ordered!! I would give 0 stars if could.. I also ordered several items and only received 1 pair of extra small leggings. There wasn’t even a size on them. It wasn’t even what I had ordered. They will not refund my money and keep saying my other items were outta stock but will send out as soon as they restock. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

GBI’ve done multiple moves within NYC in… I’ve done multiple moves within NYC in the past few years. This time I thought I would save myself (and my dad and friends) the headache and go with a moving company. BEST. DECISION. EVER. Since I’m quite the control freak I was a little scared to hand over all the responsibility to someone else but from the moment I spoke with Christine (she was my personal move advisor) I felt very reassured that I could sit back and relax. The price / service rate was very worth it for me, and there were no hidden extras. These guys were so impressive!
