GBOnline platform horrible Online platform horrible. They IP engineers not capable to keep platform out of crashing for longer than 24 hours. Before online platform i was using they "download to PC load board version" - that was "1990 era design", crashing as well , but was much more stable. I using they product 15 years now and i have may be 3-10 days per year without program glitches. They just CAN NOT fix they online platform now. Just not capable. Only hope - some sharks of the business, some "brain machine" will acquired them and get ALL ENTIRE IP team fired and rehired new guys..

GBReview of DAT REVIEWS I am in charge of vendor management for my company. We are a national account for DAT. Dat always replies quickly when we have questions or problems and they are working hard to solve the impersonation issues they are having. I recently had a call with them and it went very well. I have been working recently on getting our score up in the DAT DIRECTORY by getting carriers who we work with regularly to review us. It's going well. The ONLY minor complaint I have is that I made my nickname something silly and now I can't change it. I wish i could.

GBDoing more HARM than GOOD to the industry Absolutely horrible. DAT has always been a product intended for North Americans, yet you allow people for other countries to have access to DAT servers. REALLY?!!?!? Please tell me you believe that's good for our country.. Your profit margins are more important than how it's actually affecting truckers and their rates. Not acceptable at all whatsoever!!

GBI like it overall I like it overall. One of the only negatives are the few and repeated bad apple brokers that post the same load from numerous cities and 1 lb just to get around filters. Example would be TQL repeatedly posting a load over one hundred miles from actual shipper. On the app it also is too easy to swipe and accidentally remove a load you were looking and have no way to undo like you can with an email. Basically it would be nice if I could after save load or remove it that it ask to confirm. Thx
