Paid for service - Never got it. Paid for service, waited 3 weeks, never got said service. They took my payment though! I would not recommend this host for anybody who wants to do things in a timely manner or expects things to be automated. Basic service/package and I waited a week, upgraded (at time of purchase) from 'Free hosting' to an upgraded plan, but apparently, that meant nothing as I still never received access to my service. I waited a week and opened a ticket with support to inquire about the ETA of my service, but I never even got a response aside from the auto-generated reply for opening a ticket (and that took almost 24 hours as well). True rating 0/10 (I didn't even get to try it - that's how bad)
