Paid for service - Never got it. Paid for service, waited 3 weeks, never got said service. They took my payment though! I would not recommend this host for anybody who wants to do things in a timely manner or expects things to be automated. Basic service/package and I waited a week, upgraded (at time of purchase) from 'Free hosting' to an upgraded plan, but apparently, that meant nothing as I still never received access to my service. I waited a week and opened a ticket with support to inquire about the ETA of my service, but I never even got a response aside from the auto-generated reply for opening a ticket (and that took almost 24 hours as well). True rating 0/10 (I didn't even get to try it - that's how bad)

Their service are very good and the… Their service are very good and the customer service is so awesome. They even help me with technical things like bugs on wordpress and editing .htaccess… They are available on chat 24/24 7/7. The speed is good.
