This was my first attempt to trademark… This was my first attempt to trademark a name and I had many questions and concerns. All of my questions were answered and my application is baing processed.

Here is the scam ... Here is the scam ... 1) They take your money to submit a trademark for multiple classes, but only file for one. 2) They actually do file with the USPTO, but as an individual with your correct name, company and address, they do not list themselves as your attorney (although they claim to be), but they list their email and phone number instead of yours. 3) When the USPTO inevitably files a request for more info, they make a feeble voicemail attempt to contact you about 2 weeks prior to the response deadline, indicating it's urgent and there are going to be challenges. 4) They walk you through everything about your application on the actual USPTO website, then contact a USPTO attorney (not the one listed on your application as the reviewer, BTW), who tag teams with them to try to get you to do several "required" upgrades that "protect your trademark for life" ... specifically Combining sections 8 & 9, Combining Sections 8 & 15, and doing a Logo application ... and they review the USPTO FEES ONLINE TOO! I contacted the actual attorney on the application, then I asked to speak with the owner of TE and since have asked for a full refund. Naturally, no response. More to come. AVOID THEM
