Trademark Emergent is a scam Trademark Emergent is a scam! They DID file a trademark application, however for only 1 of the 4 classes they told me they would (but charged me for 4 classes!) They overcharged me by $1300. THEN...they called me and said there was a conflict and that I would have to file my logo in 4 classes plus fees. Additional $6000!! She had me pull up the USPTO website and everything. It looked legit because I had an application with them and it was the government website. They also had people calling me from the "USPTO" office. I had a feeling it wasn't right, so I called the USPTO phone number. THANK GOD! They had only filed one class $350 and they hadn't even assigned a reviewer for my application yet!! DO NOT USE. Reporting to the better business bureau.

They delivered as promised They did everything as promised so far. No complaints, great service and my 8 digit serial was issued and on the uspto website much sooner than we expected. Swift Bey Empire Trust
