Hello, manoj here, love from India Hello, I’m happy to share that one fine day i accidentally discovered your application and now truly enjoying it. However just a small feedback I would like to share- just today when I was working on one of business important videos project I noted that once you’ve added a soundtrack irrespective you add pictures or mp4 or biteable new templates , the soundtrack keeps extending and you can’t really edit/reduce the music or suppose you want to add video recording snippets that soundtrack still plays at default chosen volume...can you all work on this improvement and give your customer a little more professional independence? Good, but Only Ok for Educators I really enjoy that you can make more dynamic videos relatively quickly (compared to screen recording apps, etc...), but there are still some areas that make this not as friendly/popular for users in the education world. I realize that's not the main target group for the program, but I think that it very much could be with some updates and some changes to how information can be added to the scenes.

FANTASTIC SUCTOMER SERVICE!!! Biteable is a great website with an amazing team of staff and fantastic customer service. When I ask a question, they reply within minutes! I got an email apologizing for accidentally sending me a welcome email, and I thought it was pretty cool. The video that was sent along made me laugh and I immediately replied. I just want to say that everybody at Biteable is doing an incredible job and keep making the world a better place.

User Friendly Tool Thank you for creating a user friendly video editing/creating tool. Biteable has allowed me to launch Kid Lit Six to help kids discover more books and fall in love with reading, so thank you! Poor Service After deciding not to renew my $828 per year subscription, Biteable tried to coerce me into resubscribing by threatening to disable all the video links. I work as a sole provider and the videos I created were used to inform people with disabilities about the work I do. Biteable's greed put a stop to this.
