You should let people talk freely then if there's chemistry, charge a certain amount for their personal information, trust me people will pay then. But not for this everyday chat, especially when they ask you a question, you should not be charged for a reply. I am currently unable to reply to any contacts because I am out of credits and have to wait until paid day. Hopefully my friends will stay around until that time, if not, I am dumping this website.
